Yo, Dungeon Crafter looks cool, I downloaded it when it was still UAForever ... just got the updated version and started playing with it again. I had a question:


I noticed that a lot of items in the game don't actually do what they're supposed to, such as the giant slayer sword. I assuemd this was because the magical property for giant slaying wasn't in yet.

It would be swell if we could script the magical property like we can script the USE trigger stuff.

Actually, it would be nice if you made triggers for equipping, unequipping, attacking (or otherwise affecting a target), being attacked (or otherwise being affected by a target) to go with the USE trigger ...

But I might have missed this if it existed. Adding this would allow people to just make their own girdle of stone giant strength by scripting an event on the equip and unequip trigger for the item. No need for the developer to do it. ALTHOUGH if he were really nice he could make some scripts that we could learn from ^_^

Anyway, DC looks awesome already. Is there a place where I could upload a module that I create?

I was just fulling around with this about a week or two ago, and nothing happened. I created a new item, gave it a magical property, tweaked the script to new ends (I was trying to create a girdle of giant strength) but nothing happened. I then tried making an item, giving it an already in existence magical property and that didn't work either.

I will post this in the yahoo group so that CocoaSpud sees it. He is absolutely awesome about accomadating requests if possible.
