The "reaction" thing (i hope it is so in english), what does it do?

Hmm i think you mean Charisma, right? A high Charisma value will give you sometimes more dialogue options with other Npcs and you will be able to buy things from merchants cheaper than usual.

That is linked with charisma right.
For example, my blade has 20 in char that gives him reaction +9.
What does this +9 means and what is it good for?
If i refer to the manual, it says the NPC will be friendlier but will i buy things cheaper for example (it seems that makes no differences)?

A higher charisma means that items will be cheaper in stores (try playing an evil character and compare the price difference) and people will be more likely to react favorably to you. For example, in BG1 some NPCs won't join your party if your charisma is too low. In BG2, some dialogue options won't be open to characters with low charisma.

Ring of Human Influence.... works fine , I only put it on when I'm in a store or I know that a specific dialog is based on Charisma...(most of them are actually)
