Your prayers are needed

A very good friend of mine is having surgery at 7:00am on Tuesday, Oct 22. She has a rare genetic blood disorder that has confined her to a wheelchair for several months now.

The surgery is so dangerous and complex that she had to go to Duke University to have it done. There is a very real chance that - should she develop a hemorrhage during the operation - she will "bleed out" before the doctors can stop it.

She is a young mother of 3 and she is scared that she may not live to see them grow up. She has requested prayers from all her friends and I am bringing that request to all of my friends here at Ironworks/Escape.

I am asking for prayers from all of you who wish to offer them. Please spare a moment and say a prayer for her this morning if you can. She is a very dear friend and I am very worried for her.
