I just got HoU and a new laptop. Now I can play
After I've installed the hakpacks and do all the joining to server rubbish I just make a new character, like playing on your own, right?

Also, what would be a good character to play? In most RPG games I'm an elven ranger, duel weild, light armour to sneak, etc. But I'm not sure if I should be a different role on EfU

Any ideas?

The best character to play is the one you have the most fun being. Everyone has there opinion
on what makes the best character but if you don't
enjoy being it,What good is it to play that type.
I normally play dwarven clerics but i Have found
I prefer the defender and fighter type here.It seems to suit my style of play here.By the way

heh, thanks

Just downloaded the CEP download:

1 hour, 5 minutes, 7 seconds, thank god for football (soccer )

I'll stick with ranger as my first go, but if something catches my eye I can always make another character and play that one instead, right?

You can have as many characters as you want.

I usually play fighter types but in the last few weeks have been branching out with a cleric and a sorceress.

Trust me if you can make a character survive in Undermountain. It will survive anywhere.
