I miss Dr. Who...
I wish a station I get would replay that series from the beginning.
Another great show was Robin of Sherwood. I would do anything to own that series.
Ah, nostalgia.

Dr Who was the absolute nuts - specially Tom Baker's adventures. I didn't like Colin Baker

as for Robin of Sherwood I agree with the first series. I thought the 2nd series with Jason Connery blew chunks though

Actually, IIRC, there were 2 series with Michael Praed, then the 3rd had Jason Connery.
And yes, that kind of sucked. The show was still ok, but I kept waiting for the REAL robin to come back and kick his butt.
How could Sean Connery have such a weenie kid?

John Pertwee was better, but a agree that Colin Baker was a complete miscast for the role. Especially when he had already had roles on the Beeb as the bad guy in a couple of Sci Fi shows - a thuggish guard in a Tom Baker series set on Gallifrey, and as Bayban the Butcher on Blakes 7. I associated him more with those ranting roles than as the Doctor.

Now Blake's 7 is a show I would like to see some re-runs of. I still have a couple of series one, some of series 3, and all of series 4 on tape. Pity that I thought the 2nd series was the best

I think we should kick down the door at BBC and get them to bring Dr Who back. I miss that show so much.

I have been trying to get players and a DM together so we can play the RPG game Time Lord which is Dr Who but with a name change on the game.

Dr Who! Daleks! Cybermen! Cybermats! K-9! Tardis! Timelords! Regeneration! I used to love that show! I used to watch it after school on afternoons (back then, I was in primary school, so I didn't yet know what homework was...) It's sad that it's not on TV anymore. I think the ABC lost the rights to it.
