Bards spell progression

Getting annoyed with my bard (lev9 bard, fighter lev2)and checking the IWD2 rule book for what spells will be available at the next level I come across that at level 10 she gets to memorise 2 x level4 spells, but on the progression table it shows 0 x spells of level4 can be cast per day! is this a typo? there means that there is no extra spells cast per day between lev9 and lev10 ???

Clarifacation please

For a bard, To cast lvl x arcane spell, you need 10+x charisma.

She has level 18 charisma

The problem is according to the table in the booklet she will learn 2 new spells (level4) but not be able to cast them for another level!!!! In fact there is no difference between a level 9 bard and a level 10 bard. Is this a typo? If not maybe I should stop progressing her as a bard?

definately keep progressing her...even if you get the short end of the spell stick, you will learn War Chant of Sith and level 11 and that is some pretty powerful stuff

I found with the Bard I didn't have the greatest selection of spells to choose from either. I found them decent but not the greatest. Despite the spell weaknesses of this class I found the bard to be well worth it due to his songs and even more so at level 11.

Ok guys thanks for the feedback. I will continue with her. And yes Pritchke the selection of spells is poor (no magic missiles) anyway its to late to dump her
