OOC: Assuming, entering the front door, stairs are straight in front and another room is on the left/right.

Drow
Three large military transports make their way along the road towards you, upon seeing you they pull to a stop. Before you know it there are three men dressed in full military gear pointing assault rifles at you and screaming for you to throw away your gun.

Ivelliis & Someguy
There is no sign of anything on the ground floor, a female whimper comes from the door directly at the top of the stairs.

Noticing nothing of interest on the ground floor, he decided to head upstairs, to find out the cause of the wimper.

"Let's go," He muttered as he started his ascent to the first floor.

"That pipe'll have to do, mate"

"S'alright. I've been in more then one fight where I had to smash some punk's head in with a blunt object, I oughtta be able to handle whatever can be thrown at me."

David followed close behind, pipe poised in his hand, ready to strike at his chance.

"Try yelling to them, maybe there's somebody alive."

"Hello?" Gregg yelled as he (very) slowly worked his way upstairs, "Anyone there?"
He listened carefully for any sign of a reply.

Someguy & Ivelliis

David is halfway up the stairs when Gregg reaches the top. Suddenly the door flies open and a one-armed creature bursts through reaching for Gregg.

Dice Roll: Balance: Ivelliis: 13+2 = 15

Gregg stumbles back in surprise, he bumps into David but manages to regain his balance before falling.

Dice Roll: Balance: Someguy: 6+0 = 6

As Gregg hits him David looses his balance and tumbles down the stairs.

Dice Roll: Luck: Someguy: 12

He lands badly on his left hand and sees his middle finger bend back at an unnatural angle with an accompanied snapping sound. Fortunatly it is not David's preffered hand and does not affect him too much, other then the incredible amount of pain.

Drow
The men don't lower their guns and the leader continues to shout orders. "Remove your clothes, all of them and throw them over to us. One wrong move and we will open fire."

"SONUVABITCH!"

David stared at his finger and then back to the one armed creature, then back to his finger.

"Ow. Freaking ow."

Eventually, it set in that there was a crazy one-armed creature reaching for Gregg. He stood up, trying to ignore the pain in his hand.

"Shoot it! What the hell is that!? Shoot it!"

David grabbed up the pipe and stayed at the end of the stairs, waiting for Gregg to act. He took quick glances around, trying to make sure no other thing was sneaking up on him.

Without hesitation, Gregg shot at the...thing. Then again, just to be sure.

"What the hell is this thing?" He yelled, "Bloody monsters."

Gregg shouted something, but he couldn't hear him from the sound of the gun recoiling.

Second Roll: 10+4 = 14

Ivelliis
You first bullet goes through the creatures outstretched hand and is imbedded in the wall. The second shot hits it in the center of the chest, this causes it to stumbles back a few steps before lurching forward onto the stairs and reaching for you.

Someguy
Dice roll: Observation: 13+5 = 18
You dont see anything approaching but you suspect you may have seen movement outside near the cars.
