Moridan, It's all his little animated smileys for topics... Try this (it works for me) scroll the page so all the cute widdle smileys you could choose are above the browser's toolbar... In other words, are OFF you screen. This puts the text cursor back to a slow (normal) steady beat. Only problem is, you might get a crick in your neck from looking up! (I've got a 17" monitor!) Hope this helps.
