Depends on the level you're playing at.
If you're playing on a low level server or module (ie, below lvl 20-30), then adding Fighter and Rogue are good ideas. If you're playing on a high level mod or server that'll take you above level 30, Cleric Monk Rogue becomes a VERY powerful combination, due to Divine Power and E Dodge from Rogue bonus feats. Dex based, of course.
