Weidu's simplification mod adds in alot of crazy HoF items. Just a warning for all those expecting to make this game simpler, it doesn't just easier. Be sure to crank up the difficulty if playing using it.

That would be the Ease-of-Use mod. One of its optional components makes a few Heart of Fury items available in the normal game, superpower abilities and all. For instance, instead of the normal Executioner's Wife, you get the version where you're under the effect of Executioner's Eyes while you're carrying the axe - might make a difference against those hordes of orcs at the Shaengarne Bridge.

There is also an option that changes the random drop treasures which will definitely alter the balance of the game (in your favor).
