Can anyone help? (Windows error)

I use windows 98 SE.. when i am connected to the internet after some time i get blue screen of death... "Fatal exception 0E at 0028:C002FF4D in VXD NTKERN(01) +0000E351." Im using ISDN. Modem=Asmax ISDN TA 128.
I formatted the hard disk and reinstalled but the problems still there. It's not because of kaaza, msn messenger, aol messenger or ICQ.
Can anyone help?

This one is a doozy [img]graemlins/wow.gif[/img] A Google search, followed up by a search on Google Groups then a search of the Microsoft Knowledge Base seems to turn up two possibilities 1) A bad/faulty RAM module 2) A corrupt sound card driver.

Perhaps andrewas or another techie genius can advise further?

Can't find much more than Mouse. I found an article where this was blamed on HDD corruption, I doubt thats the case here though. Other than that, soundcard drivers seem to be a common culprit. Or its been suggested it might be the USB drivers.
