I liked his books.
Not often I post in RIP threads, but this guy was a great author. Shame all the films ruined his books, bar the first Jurrassic Park. (in that series). Congo was Ok, and I guess ER turned out popular. Books > Films though :p

I have read several of his books (none of the jurassic type ones though) and really enjoyed them. I am shocked because reading this on ironworks was the first I have heard of his death.

I read about it earlier yesterday, on Terry Brooks website.
I have not read any of his books, but it seems like it might be enjoyable to do so. Nobody lives forever of course, but he obviously had a positive impact on many people. That's what counts.
