Yeah, I think I was a little hard on Avril....and I know most pop stars are manufactured....but the first ones weren't. Avril wasn't manufactured (at least to my knowledge) 'cos she does have talent. Yeah, I did forget about the memorising song thing, so I feel ashamed about that....she has accomplished more than I ever could (it's just what she's good at) and I've listened to the album a few times through again, and she doesn't sound THAT different...plus the chat show thing was her first time live. I was just totally disappointed and felt completely let down after hearing her like that...but she gets better over time and I guess live is just not her thing...

And back to the pop stars thing, I know that most are rubbish and have been produced in a cheap pop star-making machine, but that's what the music industry has turned into now. Like everything else, it is only interested in profit, money and cash...it shocks me to think that when Michael Jackson's Thriller album was in the making, the music industry was on it's knees and falling lower...and now it is a corrupt bunch of people who value money over talent...man it is so depressing...everything revolves around money...
