I am trying to help Mook out--the mission Renal gave me. So we are down at the docks and then.....(SPOILER)
- - - - - - - the vampire kills her. Then, every time I try and kill that vampire, the wizzards come and attack me and kick my butt, even though I am not doing any magic! What is going on? |

Hmm.. Have you posted this before? Anyways.. If you have enough gold, just venture to the Government District and buy a Magic License. 5,000 gp. That way, you can deal with that pesky Vamp. with no worries.

hmmm...sounds strange, never had that happen to me before.
I guess you could go try to pay off the mages in the government district so you can use magic in the city. It's expensive and can be more fun just killing all the mages that come to attack you, but in your situation you don't want to have them on your hands while fighting Lasal (I think that's the Vamps name.) ------------------ trux |

I do not know whether this is the case, but... When there is Keldorn in the party fighting ahybody in the streets with his sword, Cowled Wizards will appear and attack even if you do not use magic - Keldorn's sword casts Fireshield automatically. If your problem is the same just change Keldorn's weapon for street battles.
Sorry, I can't advise anything else. Good luck! ------------------ Tanda, with best regards from Guild of Assassins |

Go to the Gov't building and talk to one of the workers there; I believe it is the first one in the building you would come to.

Tananda has it right. there's at least one other character whose item/ability is mis-programmed as a spell and does the same thing. if keldorn's in your party, do as she suggests and try not using the redeemer.
