I was an actor in the movie "Real life strikes back!"

Had a lot to do the last few month. Holidays ( 5 weeks ) , I renovated my whole residence for 2 month after work and finally my old PC suddenly died. Now I have a new one, all work is nearly finished and I'm ready to install the new mod next week.

We'll see. I hope there is enough time now to go back to my old hobby : RPG !

I just thought you guys would like to know that version 1.3 is being tested at the moment.
It's not the big one. That is version 2.0

What i have done is to create a storyline that makes the Retro dungeons an integrl part of the game.
I felt that since this mod cannot be completed without going into them that they need to be referenced in such a way that even new players and those who have played but never bothered with them can find them without having to go to spoiler site and get maps.

I will make a new thread for it once i am sure there are no bugs or oversights.

That sounds good!

I would like to suggest that, if it is possible, can you fix the retro maps so they are actually useful? Right now, they're just a pain.

...and I really recommend changing most of the weapons, armor and items in the game. Too many things look boring and just not very good.

Should I start 1.2 (1.3) or is it better to wait for 2.0 ? As mentioned, I do not reload and I only play RPG's after work so I need some weeks ( or month ) to finish a mod. I don't like it too much to see version numbers getting up high during the time I need for one version .

Version 2.0 will be at least 2 months before it is even ready to be tested.
If you want to wait for version 1.3 it should ready in a few days. It won't take much more testing now.

About changing most of the items in the game. This is really just eye candy and i am not strongly motivated to do it.
I would have to spend a lot of time finding and cutting new graphics and then tailoring them into sti format which requires 2 or 3 of each item because they alter in size according to whether you equip them or not.

This is the kind of thing i would only do after the release of the mod, but i would not delay the release for it.

I am not sure what you mean by fixing the retro maps. I have done something to those locations but you have to find out what that is when version 1.3 is out.
