It's because of the cheap batteries that people buy when they need new ones. At least that's Nokia's story. So if we all bought real Nokia batteries, it wouldn't happen.

Only one is confirmed to have had a replacement cheap battery. The other is still unknown.

Well I hope cheap batteries are the problem. If not I would be avoiding cell phones for the rest of my days. Spread the word think of the many lives you can save!
