Just curious what most people use re resolution choices.

Now that I have a flatscreen monitor, and it's 19 inches too, I can set it to a very high resolution to get the clear thing going. And with the larger screen it's not too small as it was with my old 17 inch when I tried it with that one LOL.

At work I have this old PC, with Dial-up to boot, and it's set at 600x800, LOL everyone's sig here is huge!

I like 1024x768. It lets me put the pics I want on my desktop centered, and still have that jungle of icons on the side. I swear I don't know what some of those are.

1280 by 1024 is my current, and probably what I'll keep for a long long time...though it wasn't that high until I got my new monitor.

800 by 600. My eyes will hurt badly if I put it smaller than that.

Max, 1600x1200. The monitor's 20.1' of LCD awesomeness though, so it's not as bad as it sounds.

There is more to it than just that, especially with an LCD, and really so if it's digital, and your vid card is DVI compatable.

With that; "Native" 1280 x 1024 *63.98kHz-H x 60Hz-V DVI.

1024x768 is what works well for me. Not too big, not too small.
