Ironworks was my first forum, and I love it. I've enjoyed others, but this has always been the best. Tonight I was reminded why.

I was on the Bioware boards asking NWN questions, and I received some RUDE responses to simple questions. Nothing terrible, just rude. I received about as many helpful responses, but..........

Now Ironworks has become the Great Escape, and I realize the name doesn't mean a thing.

You mean you asked a simple help question and people started insulting you and calling you stupid? That happens a lot with immature folks. Try not to worry about it. Just brush it off. Fools like that you shouldn't even waste your time with.

Here here. I've been on a lot of forums and I've never found one as good as IW/Escape.

Nothing really stuck yet. I like "ESC". It reminds me of my favorite keyboard stroke.

I know Ronn, I've visited other gaming forums as well, and they are just not the same as this forum (the great Escape ). Not to mention even visiting other non-gaming related sites, still not the same, some are totally horrid in their rudeness that everyone doles out to eachother, except for towards their little "cliques". This place is totally different from all other forums I have EVER visited, no flaming here, and everyone is nice mostly, and you usually get a good amount of replies to anything you may post. Of course I knew this place was special a Looong time ago, it has only grown since then, and the same atmosphere stays the same re friendliness of members. It's like we really are one big family
