create items....

hey can anyone just create any item they want? i'm trying to create an Elric
character for my game and i'd like a Stormbringer to go along with him...
can anyone help me out?????
i'd much appreciate it.....

Basically yes. If you try hard enough, you could probably make any type of item you want.

I did see a Stormbringer item somewhere. Sorry can't remember the site, but it is out there, with a little bit of a web crawl you should find it no prob.
Now if I could only find a Green Destiny Sword somewhere...
