I was in the graveyard district with my character throwing Azure Edge around. I found that skeleton warriors and mummies aren't affected by the axe's special ability? What gives? I thought that anything that was affected by the Turn Undead ability will also be affected by Azure Edge's special ability as well?

thats what id have thought too. im unsure if that only works in melee???? dunno. it could be a bug as you say. most likely is.

Go get the patch from Baldurdash. They fix the bug where sometimes the Azure Edge doesn't work like it should.
