Isn't it amazing how far a little - or not so little - emotional blackmailing will get you ? Btw, yes, I am prepared to give lessons in that extremely useful art - as well as in the wonderfully entertaining activity of thread-stealing/sidetracking. Of course, as I am the unrivaled champion of both my fees have got to be as unmatched as my abilities ...

On an entirely different note: last night on MSN when Moiraine, Wolfie and I talked about us three guys coming to visit at Moiraine's I was completely in awe with and truly touched by Moiraine's seemingly infinite, almost childlike(and that IS meant in the most complimentary way !) capacity for feeling and expressing joy, pleasant anticipation and enthusiam: thank you, Moiraine, for showing me the true meaning of the word "heart-warming" !

Last but not least: Thank you so very, very much for that most kind and generous invitation, Moiraine !

First he boasts then he sucks up hmmm who told him flattery would get him everywhere???

Since I am his understudy in Penguin stealing, thread sidetracking and other such dark arts I too will give lesson but at a reduced rate (cos I'm not as accomplished )

Awww ! (bouncing again and again with delight )

Hi, Green Sir ! Too bad you haven't been on MSN yesterday evening ...

Ramon ! Am I to feel like the crow in the "Fable de La Fontaine" ?
"... Eh, bonjour, Monsieur du Corbeau,
Que vous êtes joli, que vous me semblez beau,
Et si votre ramage ressemble à votre plumage,
Vous êtes le phenix des hôtes de ces bois !
A ces mots, le corbeau ne se sent plus de joie,
Ouvrant son large bec, laissa tomber sa proie ..."

LoA, I'm afraid three adult males is all I can handle at a time , along with husband and son, especially in cold season (the fireplace has only three sides, you see ) ...
but you sure are welcome if you happen to come here some day. You too, Donut, BTW.

I'll have to give serious thoughts to a big IW barbecue somewhere next Summer, it seems. Bili may even come by then. Register now !

Kaz, hi ! The Mont Blanc sure is not that far from Grenoble - depends of your point of view. About 100 km - a blink, for, say, an Aussie.

Oh, and, Ziroc ... Ziroc ? When has the bouncing smiley disappeared ? I can't find it anywhere, and I need it big time !

LOL I am a Mum, you know. Serious job. If you are not an adult, then I can feed you marshmallows - leave strong stuff for your elders !
