If you send me the clip, I can make it into a gif for you using flash, but im sure there are better programs out there for that.

I'm not sure, i just want to cut around 1 second out of the middle of a video i have. I also want to use the snipet in my sig. Unless you mean what is the video i have, it's an MPEG atm.

[EDIT] Yeah, i could send you it, although it's 70 MB It'd be easye rif you told me where to get ahold of flash, and i make it myself probably...

Well flash is fairly big too.
hmmm, are you using win XP?
Because if you are, you can use Windows movie maker to split the clip into smaller peices, then you could send me the bit you want converted.

First of all, open movie maker (Obviously )
It is located in Start=>All programs=>Accesories=+Windows Movie maker
Once opened, click "File" then click "Import" then select the movie, the programs will then cut it into small parts which can be viewed seperatly, find the part you want and drag it onto the little movie slide down the bottom, when you are donr, just go back and click "file" and then click "Save movie" it will save it as a *.wmv.
Hope that works, tell me if there are any problems.
