The Darkstone Archive

I would like all of you to post your favourite Darkstone links on this thread.

On a personal note, I would like to thank all visitors here for their enthusiasm and interest in a great and enjoyable game. All-in-all, it's been fun and I hope to bump into you on other forums.

Well haven't really done a big search on Darkstone forums, but this one was one I appreciated:

Well I'll be sorry to see this forum go archived, as there will always be people interested in trying it, even though it is an older game. It is still well worth playing, even in these times. Heck, I just replayed it myself a month or so ago, and enjoyed it immensely! Thank you Mouse for being so helpful to everyone who has posted here, you answered EVERYONE, including me, in a very friendly and helpful manner. You are the Darkstone King!

Delphine Software: (Official Board seems to be down...)

GOD Games: (Board)

RPG Planet: (Board)

Beyond the Dark Site of Darkstone:

Darkstone Tavern Board:

Darkstone Server-Portal:

Thanatos' Darkstone Realm:

The Shadow's Darkstone Tomb:

SkinZTones: (french skinning site)

Well, these were my bookmarks (and a lot of sites went down and not listed here anymore) when I played darkstone the first times.

My personal site (in german) is still online - you can download the official patches, screenshots, quest editor, skinkit, and 31 custom quests here:

There's also a german "How to make my own skins" and my five personal skins (they're not that good of course):
... Many are my names in many countries. Mithrandir among the Elves, Tharkûn to the Dwarves; Olórin I was in my youth in the West that is forgotten, in the South Incánus, in the North Gandalf; to the East I do not go.

I just wanted to let everyone know that our Darkstone Web area WILL remain open, and I will continue to add files to it as needed.

If you guys loved Darkstone, you will LOVE the RPG coming out in April called 'Dungeon Siege'. It's a lot like Darkstone, but you can control up to 8 characters! And it's a LOT larger!

DS = Darkstone DS= Dungeon Siege.. Hmmm!!!

Anyway, Dungeon Siege will also come with a HUGE World editor which will allow you to make your own Dungeons and stuff. -- Even down to the Textures and 3D Models!

If a Darkstone II ever is in the works, I'll let everyone know-- the news would be posted at

Sorry, I missed this post earlier, but hopefully it gets seen before this board is archived.

Just want to say nice job to Mouse for always offering advice, even to me on the DSI Darkstone board a long time ago.

Hope to see everyone on other boards!

Just one link is missing, the one you asked for, Mouse : the one to my guild Contains quest authors, the SkinZtone webmaster, and many other great Darkstone players who really love that game. I could put the link to my site but it's crap Nah if you're looking for ppl to play DS, to make quests, skins or whatever, pay a visit to the Guardian of Souls, they'll greet you warm. I know some of you already have dropped by. Don't hesitate to come again. It's a French talking guild, but I'm trying to get more & more English talking ppl on there Come on help me get them to learn English.
