Could you put some warning somewhere in the header if you intend to use really unpleasant words, please? I'm not against cussing - I do it myself, but SOME words are really offensive to some of us! I'd rather not be reading a perfectly ok thread then suddenly hit a huge patch of something

That's a good point. I wish that we could edit the original post, but I understand that once the title is created, you can't change it. I believe you are referring to the friends post. I just added to it and didn't even think about it. It's hard to remember sometimes that we have kids on the board though and if they see us using words without any regard that they may be ok to do it too. I got caught up in the fun, sorry. So, does anyone know of a way to change the title? MEMNOCH, You out there, mate? *Ziroc should not be reading this as he should be getting ready to get married tomorrow. TSK TSK TSK if you are reading this. Wishing you the best tomorrow!!!!! *

Sorry to hear that RudeDawg.
As for THE WORD, it is one I find deeply, deeply offensive. I shan't look in that thread again, lol! It is a purely subjective thing, and I guess I shouldn't have reacted, but, truly, I was shocked! Anyway, no need to apologise. I still like you! I suppose I should apologise to YOU: I didn't intend my message to be nasty, just reproachful! But, hey, I'm not your mom, and I should have just quietly left the thread!
Friends?

Fljotsdale,
I take all the blame for the "F" word being used since I am the one who added the link (with a warning) to the site that contained the "original" "F'ing Friend Funny" in the third post. My most sincere apologies for participating in its getting out of hand and offending you when you read it. Remember, you always have the option to hit the back button if you don't like the direction a thread is taking and hopefully, your feelings won't get hurt again. The thread is titled friends and if you read the first post, you'll see that Memnoch posts that friends are friends because you can disagree with them and they will not resent you for it.
Please don't be hurt by a bunch of us taking the "F'ing Friend" thing to the limit?

Thanks,
Love ya!

Moni

Not just kids, Tobbin! There's us old ladies, too, lol! But don't let me cramp your style! I just thought it might be helpful if we knew not to look in a thread...

I would want to request you to look away when you see my posts as I seem to use it a lot
The word itself has no offending meaning to me
And it actually didn't really acure to me that it does to others
sorry for that
