I've beatin the game through a couple of times but this time I seem to have forgotten where The demilich's bodie parts come from?????? Can someone just tell me please!

Here we go again, first half can be found on the unseeing eye quest, remembering now get the key off ghall or whatever his name is and the crypt is near some former cultists.
Second half is in the bridege district in an unmarked house near the twisted ruin group and where the guy in red from the graveyard waits. southern half of the map. ------------------
