Ok, so I defeated that graveyard lich in the desert town, and saved bot the daughter and the merchant. But there is a door in the room that cant be opened except by a specefic key. Which key??

That door will play a role later on in the game, nearly towards the end. Just plod along,
 it will come up again.

Yep that happens all the time, the door doesnt open unti later in the game when you do some mission. Like in Sarudush
