Bsftcs is correct (as usual [img]smile.gif[/img] ). Fletchery is a ranger trait, learnable at warrior guild level 5. So after you've delivered the Stout Clan invitation...

When I do have fletchery, though, I don't worry about getting to 50. Every time I go into town, I divide the fletcher's arrows and keep only one. I then sell the rest. Life is then good and wonderful... unless you accidentally shoot something with that last arrow! That's why I had to chase the leprechaun down one time... he had my last dragon arrow sticking out of his flanks.

You shoudn't really put anything in your off hand unless you have doublestrike. If you have that, you may get a skull dagger from the pawn shoppe which has increased damage and inflicts poison
