I need some enlightenment on how to get to zen master. I have been putting off going to Cets pyramid because I don't really want the game to end, but the time is here. I know that you can't get ZenMaster until the end of the game but can you get it before you kill Cet...if so how..??

Yes, you can get one before you kill cet, but you do have to go into the pyramid.
You need 4 tomes, one of which is in the pyramid. They are earth, air, fire and water. You hopefully have 3 at this point. The 4th tome is in a hidden room that opens when you flip a lever. The lever is gotten too through a hallway with raising and lowering squares. It is 'covered with blood' as the voice will say. After you have the 4 tomes, give them all the the character you want to be a zenmaster, and take them to the dojo at Brimloch. Sinsei will trade you zenmaster ability for them.
Good luck.

I just asked a very similar question the other day, I'll pull the thread up for you, it was helpful.
It's called 'Skipping dungeons'.
And if you missed a tome, and have to go back, you do have to take them to Brimloch. I was missing the first tome, and I couldn't get them to buff me up in Ishad N'ha. Had to go to Brimloch.

grrrrrrrrrr...ok I havent got the book of fire from the serpent temple, so I think I will forget Zen Master this time around as i can't be assed to back track. Besides my wizaed has every magic spell available and is now a barbarian so i think i'll just make my female oomphaz preist to a Valk and get Cet done. Zen Master can be a goal for my second (solo) play through.....might keep my interest..hehe

Its still a shame that I'm coming to the end though I wish the game could go on and on...but that virtual life I suppose. Be kewl if HP made an add-on that you can transfer your characters over to.
