Wen't to see the Goo Goo Dolls last night at the Manchester Apollo.

Have to say live they didn't dissapoint...

If there are any fans of these who haven't had the chance to see them, do it. Very good band who are also a very good live act. Seen hundreds of mainstream and local bands live, and these are definately top 10 of what ive seen live

I've heard they are playing their home town of New York soon, so if your out that way go watch them.

Also, the supporting band were a L.A. Act called Tennerbox. Also very good

Anyone else seen before?

Nope.
90's Powerpop band.

While, we're on the subject, I saw P-Funk in concert on Sep. 7th.

I wouldn't say PowerPop.

Pretty much indie rock I'd go with!

Nice. I haven't really listened to them lately, but used to enjoy their stuff. Myself, I went to see Porucpine Tree at the Carling Academy on Sunday night. It was amazing (seen them once before). Anyone else seen them perchance?

Haven't, but I enjoy their music. I'm going to have to start keeping an eye on concerts around here.
