I think you're referring to what looks like a passage around the perimeter of the ranger cabin? You actually can't get in there. People have tried with the warp codes etc but AFAIK it is impossible to access that area. There is a house in ToB that is the same layout, but you actually can get into the passage; I think it must just be a case of them using house layouts multiple times but in the ranger cabin the passage isn't accessible.

I dont think Ive ever heard of this secret Passage.. could ya give me a bit more Info on where it is? Is it in the cabin or outside?

to clarify, the ranger cabin has a little hallway that wraps around all but the east side and is totally inaccessible and useless. like a hundred other things in the game, they probably intended to do something with it but didn't, though they did make use of it in ToB.
