Warblade = 2 handed sword = cannot dual weild it because both hands are needed to operate the stinkin' lump of metal! I prefer Carsomyr or Vorpal Sword.

Definately the Holy Avenger. Then the Warblade, and Silver Sword/Vorpal Blade. Oh and Relic, Gramm the Sword of Grief is in ToB

Yeah, if we count ToB, my favourites must be Gram the Sword of Grief +5, and Carsomyr +6.
