Just bought the game earlier today, and I must say, it is very fun.
There is no "good" in this game. There's evil, and extremely evil. The humour is pretty good, albeit a little corny at times, and the graphics are reminiscient of Fable. Entertainment value is one word. That word is: Minions. Your good old cannon-fodder minions. Sending them to swarm an enemy, making them charge towards there doom, sending them to slaughter a herd of sheep just for fun. This game is really actually very good, and the controls are tight, for a console game. Get it! You know you want to |

After looking at the website, I went to look at buying it off play.com. Reviews said something that just sold it for me - "Closest thing to DK3".
Should be here in a few days

Dungeon Keeper 3.
Well, it doesn't exist. But Dungeon Keeper 1 and 2 do, and they were fantastic games.

I played the demo on the 360... when my minions first came back from a foraging session with pumpkins on their heads I was sold.

i love when they come up to you holding treasure over their pumpkin-clad heads and excitedly say, "for you!", while others furtively say, "for me".
it's a fun game. altho i've gotten myself lost more than once.

By the way, the only other games these guys have done was the Age of Wonders series, which I played extensively and have great respect for. They were also amusing at times. Where else could you see a giant penguin beating on a unicorn?
I've got the demo on my desktop, but I haven't played it yet. Thoran's comment not only sold him, but me. I must play this now... Edit: Wow, 999. Looks like that was my last post. It's been fun, folks |
