Alz, who was one of the programmers on W&W and who would sometimes visit this board, has told us a lot about the things that were eventually omitted from the game. I think he once mentioned the sandpiles and what they should have been used for - but I am not sure.

THESE SANDPILES ARE NOT USELESS!!!!!!!!!!
When i continue playing W&W again i will find a solution to these sand piles. Maybe you can melt them and turn them into glass ( i doubt it ) Maybe you can dig them up with an item of some sort ( possibly ) Maybe we should mention ' sand piles ' to Oakenmir or someone ( i'm sure he won't know ) Maybe there is an item that u can put water in and then use teh item filled with water on teh sand piles ( that's a good 1 ) What if we use a Vial of Holy Water on it. That would make it melt away wouldn't it.

. . . . . . . . . . . Once at the beginning, once when you get the mavin, once at the end. Then the final bedtime ending. Hmmm, I do seem to remember more - at least it feels that way. But I can't put my finger on any others. Wait! placing the heart in the black fire, oh and the mavin too. More? Help!

( the lovely aroma of cooking ( or something like dat) ) Come close to the fallen wall of Shurgeon castle Going down the stairs to the entrance of the crypt When you see the statue of kerrah in the crypt ( the 1 that opens teh gate ) Well i got alot of maybes in my head but i'm not sure so keep thinking.
