Dear world,
I'm sorry I complained that the weather has been unseasonably warm of late. I'm sorry that I claimed I wanted the temperature to be consistent. Reflecting on it, hoping I will once again regain dexterity in my frozen hands, I have decided that global warming isn't such a bad thing after all. Now please, world, if I could have some of that balmy 40-degree weather back, I would be most appreciative. Love, ID

No.. But my brain might still be frozen.
Here's something that annoys me. I hate it when I check the weather, and it tells me the "real" temperature, and then it tells me what the temperature "feels like"? For example, the weather website just claimed that it "feels like" 22 degrees F. outside. But it doesn't! It feels like "Negative seventy billion skillion degrees" outside. Or "Zero degrees" or maybe "death" outside. If someone asked me what it felt like outside, that's how I would reply. Not "one." I for one call for greater accuracy in our weather reporting.

It does, actually. I like the idea of being able to pack up and move to someplace with a semblance of a consistent climate. I think I could do well Down There.

That's exactly what I was thinking a few weeks ago about people who were freezing out west. A friend of mine demanded that I admit I was wrong about my opinion, and I, shivering, could barely reply, "Never! I like this weather!"
I'll tell you one thing... I couldn't live without a freezing cold Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. So this makes it all worthwhile for me.
