Hmm... I'm starting to think Choc has something to do with the Oasis going down.

Maybe we can distract him by sicking him on Cloudy's co-worker...

Cloudy, according to the page I got, the Oasis isn't down, it just has new Apache software installed but no content. Boy are you going to have fun talking with your provider.

And today I brought home my new PC

only to discover thet the CDrom-drive is faulty

Ar-Cunin, I've pm'd a few folk but don't have time for more pm's at work. So here's the quick version- our domain's being moved to a new server so they apologized for the problems and said it should be over within two days. [img]smile.gif[/img]

as to the cd rom problem you have..BOY can I relate! I bought one online and it didn't work, I sent it back, they missed the rma on it and returned it to me unopened, I got them to extend the rma, sent it back and a month later I have a new cd rw (as of yesterday) and have to test it tonight if I get time!
