The addiction is official - I just about called into work sick today to dive into the world of Morrowind. Tonight I may call off some dinner plans and just vegge in front of the computer.

I'm so happy that there's finally an rpg that's non-linear, intelligent, humorous, and well-developed. The histories, the intricacies so far are amazing. Some of the books I've found have been anything from histories, religious texts, to the equivalent of romance novels. Sometimes the npc's have some curious actions, like scratching, or they have funny sayings.

The landscapes are detailed and varied. In real life, I can get lost going around the block - so thank the gods for the maps in Morrowind. I SO want to just take off across the island, but so far a slaughterfish takes a few swings, so I think a cross country trek will take me a while. I'm thankful for the journal showing the major quests... but I want to explore every nook and cranny to my heart's content.

Okay... I'm done blabbering... Happy gaming, folks.
