Does anybody have an idea of wich items you Cannot make when you do not have ToB installed?
Because I see some Items on the recipe list I am not familiar with, naming things like: - Gond String (Teleomortis +4) - Malla's Soulstone (Human Flesh) - Heart of the Damned (Soul Reaver +6) ect.ect. Are there any other items I can't forge due to the lack of ToB?

Yup, there's many items you can't make without ToB installed. Remember when you installed it, it first asked if you wanted to install the improved SoA-items, and then it asked if you want to install the improved ToB-items as well. All items in the first category have components that can be found in SoA.

The README file should make it pretty clear. If you've never heard of the item (e.g., Heart of the Damned, Malla's Soulstone) you can't do it in SoA.
Some items have alternates, though. For example, Tele requires the Gond *or* Gesen bowstring. You can get Gesen in SoA. Anyway, the only ones that really jump out at me are Soul Reaver +6 and Imp Human Flesh. |

Incarnadine Chain requires the Sylvan Chain, which (IIRC) is in ToB.
