Well, some people have sent their XBox 360 back to Microsoft five times, while others have had no problems at all.

The price of having a system at launch. That and the cost.

Or am I just confused here?

If you are getting a console at launch, there is a higher chance that it will have some defects. Though there are always several batches that work just fine.

Looks interesting, but it's only the graphics that are drawing me in, from what I have read, it's just looking to be another boring space rpg.

It may be a space RPG but I bet it will be much more than typical if Bioware is working on it. I have faith that they will have a fresh and inspiring storyline.

You don't hear about any of the inner pissing matches that I do. And that they're killing Jade Empire by making it the first martial arts/kung-fu game with no kung-fu.
