I got into the Ultima series but picked up the game Darklands and would play it in a minute if I could. Very much like the BG series. You could load up characters and when you fought it wasn't just point and click to fight. You had to utilize your topography to really have success in a fight. The game was ahead of it's time with graphics and player involvement. Your characters actually grew older and lost their effectiveness among other realistic "stuff." It is/was even more realistic than BG1 or 2 but of course can't match the graphics.

Made a mistake...thought I was getting in on the other one and started this one...I'm not really good with keyboarding...and sending and receiving and using the correct addresses and stuff.
