I'm trying to get an LAN game running, but whenever I say "start game", it says that I can't connect to the session. This is under IPX mode. When I try TCP/IP, the other computer still can't join the session (I'm pretty sure I have the IP address right).
Does anyone know what's wrong? I shut down my firewall, but no help there... |

I'd edit, but I decided to shamelessly bump instead
I've gotten a connection between the two computers via TCP/IP, as long as the slower computer hosts the game. However, I get INSANE lag on the end of the fast computer, and it can't load the game before it times out. So, I'm more or less now hunting for minimum specs for both computers. |
