once i got roll with a monk all together 98 and thats best i got ever, but i rolled a lot
i dont know is this cheating but i never take rolls under 85-86, i just roll and roll (and pray)

Practicly no one goes with the first roll (except the die-hards) so its not cheating.

Whats so good about archers?
Give Mazzy a short bow and sheŽll finish off any opponent.

Nothing beats a dual wielding ranger! and thieves are up there as well, too bad assassins can't be proficient like swashbucklers can...can't beat a good backstab every now and then either...

Yes indeed...

Bard definitely my number one! Any kit will do, they're all great.
Archer comes second.
Monk a close third.

Yay! I got a 97 myself on a Thief a little while ago. Nice, ain't it?

My own personal preference, as I have mentioned several times before, is for a Dual Fighter/Cleric, starting with Fighter and dualing to Cleric as soon as released from the cage. By the time you exit the first dungeon you are lvl7 Cleric, and jump to lvl 8 and get your fighter skills back almost at once... 'course, you have to make sure only to allocate weapons to the Fighter that a Cleric can use, and give 18 Wisdom...
