yup, a computergame can only harvest a seed of violence which was already there.

It is easier to point a finger in the direction of pcgames instead of pointing at situations at home I guess

2. Grand Theft Auto: “San Andreas (GTA Series is Ace)
4. Half Life 2 (Ace)
5. Halo 2 (Ace)

RECOMMENDED NON-VIOLENT VIDEO GAMES

1. Antigrave- not good.
2. EyeToy- fun.
3. Jak 3- alright.
4. Karaoke Revlution Vol. 3- fun.
5. Madden NFL 2005- not good.
6. Mario Power Tennis- alright
7. Prince of Persia- alright
8. RollerCoaster Tycoon 3- not good.
9. SimCity 4- not good.

But if i were to rate the violent games..
they would do much better.

Xen, last thing I remembered, Baldur's Gate kept counted of the creatures you killed, had a gore option to allow you to see flyin bodyparts and in BG2 you even have a dialogue where you're confronted with your murders when you claim to be 'the good guy'.

O.K. Maybe that's a bad case. But Planscape: Torment should definitly be there. There were (are) many good dialogs that can improve your grammar.

Huh!? Improve grammar? What, someone teaches you how to spell, pronounce and stuff? If you meant "english is spoken in the game", by that logic every single game where english is spoken is automatically good because it improves your grammar...

And how does that make the game non-violent?

And how does that make the game non-violent? [/QUOTE]lol, I was just thinking the same thing.
Who on earth would give PS:T to a 10-year old??? Sure its a great game, but no kid under 13 is going to completely understand the game.
