I keep getting a error on start up stating Deep6: Malloc error never even get into the game... I have an AMD Athlon 700 with 128 megs ram, SG 128 PCI, 3DFX Vodoo 3 with 16 megs ram, nothing but bare essentials loded into memory, a DVD/CD Player, Full install, Direct X 7.0A, newest Video and sound drivers all Direct X compatable.. Still get this error instaalled the game 3 times and ran defrag twice still NO GO!!

This was posted on heuristic park board also. They were recommending disabling tsr's but I don't know if it worked. I'd check there with the other person and see what you folks have in common.

I had the same prob. After checking my system's virtual memory setup, I found that I had set to manual and it was too low. So I set it to allow Windows to adjust virtual memory and I haven't had a problem since.
