But one annoying thing about the game is how slow the text goes when you are talking to people.. It painfully writes itself out and you cant sidestep it you have to wait for it to finish.. arg.. slow... slow.. boring.. me....

Final Fantasy 3 (yeah yeah 6) was definetly one of the greatest rpg's of all time.. Broke the mold.

Another great rpg from the old days would be Faxanadu on the old nintendo. Fun fun.

Are rpg's from the good old days better? Well it seems like alot of them are classics thats all.. and definetly some of the new ones will become just as classic..
Oh, that does sound annoying. I always have my message speed set to its fastest when I can.

FF3 was my favorite. By far. Much better than FF7, in my opinion.

Faxanadu was a great game. I enjoyed it.

Good point. You're right about some of the newer ones becoming classics, and the ones we like just happen to be classics. They were some bad ones in the old days as well.

I just wish Xenosaga would hurry up and get here so I can find out once and for all if it will be one of the aforementioned 'classics' or not.

All i have to say is Dragon Warrior series for the nes and FF 3 or 6. I have played so many rpgs but those i think are the best. expecially 3 it is the best. With tera locke gogo sabin edgar. i could go on but you get the idea. it is simply the best i played it forever and who could forget about MOG. the lovable moggle. i can spend hours talking about how me and my friends stayed up until god knows when trying to beat that game. The Dragon Warrior series. i just wish taht enix would come out with more becuase those kicked but.
