Is there a program out there (preferably freeware) that can take screenshots of video files? (Such mpegs or avi?).

Thanks for any help!

Err also, just pause it in your mpeg player and press alt+print screen, doh! Then just select paste in any paint program.

...Woops...damn you, Vaskez, damn you! Just kidding...

Thanks for the help, both of you, and thanks for Vaskez pointing out that obvious method...I feel really dumb now, but I'm used to it by now.

Thanks again!

EDIT: Actually, when I press alt + print screen and paste the image, the image disappears as soon as I close the mpeg player (I used Winamp5). I guess I'll try it in Media Player, but now I remember that was the reason why I didn't do it like that before.

EDIT2:Argh! It seems even the screeshot programs cannot take a picture of the mocing image, even when it is paused! It just plays along with the video file and goes black when the player is exited. Any way I can solve this?
