Some people say drow and some other say drow. I bet you are scratching your said and saying huh? The way I pronounce it I say DrOW as in ow that hurts. I use to say it Drow as in oh dear. What is really the correct way to say it or is it the creators of the game all pronounce it in diffrent ways??

I still think Dr-oh sounds better. But the pronounciation could be just your personal preferance. I mean, Forgotten Realms fans will know what you're talking about whether you say Dr-oh or Dr-ow. I just prefer to say Dr-oh. I mean, is the creator of the Drow still alive? Just wondering, cos I don't think he/she is...my guess is that person would know...

I ues to prounounce it the same way as you slicer15. Until I heard my dad say it I supposed it was the correct way so I slowly adjusted to saying it that away. I use to think Drow *as in oh man* was better. But hey everybody prounounce stuff diffrent ways.

you pronounce it so it rhymes with 'cow'.

and yes the people who founded D&D are still alive, it was only made in the 70's or 80's, and they were in college at the time.
