Okay, here's the scoop...
from everything I'm reading, these particular codes are customizable, meaning that they probably have to be initialized by the webmaster. They do not automatically work for all UBB applications. Oh Ziroooooooccccccc.... Pretty please? (if it's possible). |

Our forum doesn't have them enabled, Moridin. Apparently, the codes aren't universal, like HTML...they have to be "turned on" by each particular forum.

On a little wondering.......shouldn't we disable those useless functions like "disable smilies" and enable more appropiate functions like "preview" instead?
If UBB Boards (notorious as they are), are the "high quality" boards that they're meant to be. (lacking a preview is NOT a good idea AFAIK) Maybe some functions come as board standards and you have to "buy" additional upgrades like preview (bit stupid I know!).
