Ok, I think I got one. Everyone seems to be doing the futuristic thing, so this might be fun:
Veric Jenth Human Ancient Specialist (big swords, preferably) And I don't really care what affiliation, you can just assign me one. (It may work that Veric is a local on this planet they are currently on??) I should mention, that I have no knoweledge what so ever of this universe, I'm guessing it's something out of a video-game? Anyways, I'm ready, whenever, Just let me know. |

DK, are we allowed to play more than one character? All the different races seem so interesting, and I haven't played any of them! Well, maybe a human... *ponder* i think....

LOL
Well make up your charaters, and Ill add them as the story makes room for new persons. I plan on having multiple people all with differitn missions all converging on the same spot. The kind of character you make will actually affect the plot of the game's story! and this universe, for your information, is out of my HEAD. no game anyone's ever played. I'm using the D20 Planescape Dungeons and Dragons racial system as a good character design base. Just about any alien race you can think of can fit into that system and be logically sorted QUOTE: ----------------------- hmm, I'm interested in the relationships between nano-mages and technomancers as nanites are simply microscopic machines... is it a specialty towards a smaller size, or can a technomancer control a nano-mage's nano-bots... ------------------------------ Nanobots for a nanomage are connected directly to his nervous system through a controll mechanism. No a techromancer can not affect a Nano-mages bot's signals. The differince is quite simple, a Nano-Mage is more of an assembler of things while a Techromancer is a user/manipulator of already constructed things. They are quite balanced out, I assure you. ----------------- Last question: Can you play more than one character? How confused do you want to make me? @_@... DK, nano-mages sound (and still do) like the nanite being OCC a friend of mine created for Rifts, it was basically a person infected with a nanite plague that essentially turned them into a giant collection of nano-bots. They could do some pretty spiffy things, like absorb other materials to heal damage, infect others with the plague, interface with other machinery, etc I'm assuming that it's something "relatively" similar here, and that I have been playing it appropriately.

However, if you decide that it will make it too complicated, I will play rock paper scissors and pick only 1 of the 2. ^^;; |

yes but there is no "Infection" involved.
you're more like a commander unit from total annihilation minus the huge explosion if you die. you can play both but I'll kill off one at some point if it drives me too crazy. lol you've obvilusly put too much thought into it. |

Yaay! Thanx DK, I'll promise to make it as least confusing as possible! :specialhugsforDK:
1st Character Name: Hikari Race: Positai (Positive Genasi) Job: Ancient Specialist Organization: Interdimensional Poletzai I think I'll make a short physical and personality description, but before I do... Has anyone ever watched Teen Titans? It's a cartoon with "teen" superheroes... (aka robin, etc). You know... what'shername... Starfire? How she's really hyperactive but powerful? Yeah, imagine that, but she's all yellow and glows all the time. That's Hikari for ya (Hikari literally means "shine," go figure). And since she works for the police force, combine her with that ditsy blonde from Tenchi Muyo (EDIT- Mihoshi!)... okay, sorry, I'm rambling ^^; Description: Skin-tone is yellow-white and warm to the touch. Puts out a glow that cannot be hidden, even by clothing, but is only as bright as a candle flame. Eyes are jet black obsidian with no pupil, yet somehow Hikari is still able to make them look very emotional, like "windows" to her soul. Hair colour is so platinum blonde it is practically white. Hikari switches moods quickly and seems a trifled thin-skinned about some things, but generally is happy, cheerful, and "bubbly." And the things she should get upset about she doesn't usually seem to understand... A rather quirky character, she joined the Politzai because she wanted to see as much of the multiverse as possible and also help others. Unfortunately she tends to be something of a klutz, partly due to her short attention-span and her boundless energy. Somehow things work out alright in the end however, thanks to her superhuman good fortune, so she is usually moved up a rank instead of back. Others generally hate to work with her, because of her reputation among those in the ranks, but usually those who do end up being assigned with her will feel the affects of her good fortune along with her... if they can last that long. |
