So, it's camping season and you've just gone out and bought a new trailer to go camping with. You got together with a couple of other families, and planning on a nice trip out to the lake with the trailers in tow for a fun weekend. Well that's great, but I don't want to get stuck behind you on a 4km uphill grade, because your vehicle doesn't have the cojones to pull the 30' trailer you just bought, so you can barely hit 20km/h.

C'mon people, use some common sense. Just because you have a hitch on the back of your car/truck, doesn't mean it should be used, especially if you're driving some underpowered, overpriced piece of plastic. If you want to tow a trailer go get a vehicle that can tow it while still maintaining a reasonable freeway speed instead of backing up traffic on a single lane highway. for as far as the eye can see.

Here's a hint: When you hitch the trailer if your bumper is dragging the ground, it's too much...If your 0-60 times are measured in minutes...guess what...it's too much! When the salesman tells you, "Oh no problem, your compact SUV can pull this 30' trailer," he's LYING TO YOU!

Just remember, you may have all the time in the world, but other people don't! Okay, I feel better now.
