I had a post awhile back that no one really replied on, but I could use some help. Science projects are getting close to being due, in two days, and all I need is some quick servey replies. Thanks in advance [img]smile.gif[/img]
When you were a teenager, which of the following did you enjoy doing? 1. Watch Tv 2. Be with friends 3. Play arcade games 4. Read 5. Play basketball 6. Go to a movie theater 7. Go shopping 8. Sleep 9. Go out driving 10. Talk on the phone Which do you not enjoy doing anymore? And lastly What five activities (from the above list or not) do you enjoy doing for recreation in the present day? |

Not that I don't enjoy watching the telly any more, I just don't do it anywhere near as often as I used to. Still like to read, sleep, be with friends, and shop! I still love long phonecalls but again don't make them as often because the internet is cheaper. There's only a few friends with whom I still have late night long winded chats on the phone. [img]smile.gif[/img] And lastly What five activities (from the above list or not) do you enjoy doing for recreation in the present day? Answered above which ones from the list I enjoy, but if I get to pick them all by myself, I'd say: 1. read 2. be with friends (at a pub, club, movie theater or simply at home to cook dinner or have some drinks and a chat or whatever. So this is really an umbrella thing for going out and staying in) 3. internet 4. see a movie, whether at home or at a cinema, or going out to dinner 5. singing (choir) [ 03-08-2004, 07:20 PM: Message edited by: Melusine ]

Go shopping This was always a chore 8. Sleep I was teenager, I didnt sleep 9. Go out driving I had a bicycle most of my teens, but when I finally got the license, oh boy 10. Talk on the phone It was all about the girls Which do you not enjoy doing anymore? Play basketball Go shopping (see above answer) Sleep (Im an adult with children who has time!!) Go out driving (over rated) Talk on the phone (wish I could use the same answer, but alas, I hate the phone) And lastly What five activities (from the above list or not) do you enjoy doing for recreation in the present day? Computer games now, arcades are rare Movies are great, if and when my wife and can get a sitter (hahahahaha) I would love to get a decent nights sleep sometime in the next decade Friends and a good book are a plus

I'm 19, but I can say stuff from when I was in my early teens:
Favorite things to do: 1,2,3,5,6,8,9, and 10. I absolutely hated reading (and I still do) and shopping's not my favorite thing. I still enjoy all of them. Not on that list: I like to lift weights, take a jog to stay in shape, talk online with friends, go on dates, and just chill at my place.
